In running terms there’s not much to report. I raced at Blaydon and got my usual ‘Blaydon Stitch’ and didn’t perform as well as I was wanting to. I followed this up with a 2nd place at the Newton Aycliffe 10k and then a few days later I came to a complete standstill!!
In some ways not a lot has happened since my last blog, but in other ways quite a lot has happened.

Hi, this is my first blog for North East Runner so thanks for reading, hopefully you will find what I have to say interesting and entertaining and I won’t bore you too much – to those who I may bore, I do apologise, but at least you know not to click on my future blogs!! Hopefully you will have already read my profile on the site so you will know my background, so I won’t go into all of that again, instead I’ll fill you in on what I’ve been up to over the weeks since this year’s Virgin London Marathon. |
